I graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2016 and I’ve worked in rural communities, private hospitals, rehabilitation centres, with sports teams and the past few years in NZ I focused on musculoskeletal work in a private practice and currently I work at a school with children with special needs as well as running my own clinic from Cambridge.

My passion and goal is to enable you to be the best version of yourself and live a purposeful, pain-free life, whether that means helping you with the recovery from an injury or needing post-op rehabilitation.

I have competed and worked on an international level of sport (Tug-of-war) for many years and I am so grateful for the experience I have gained as a Physiotherapist and athlete and one of the most valuable things I’ve learned is how to listen to my body and how to support it to heal.
